Keep it looking like the day we finished.

Landscaping is not finished when the crew leaves. It is finished every year.

Beds creep, edges soften, mulch fades and shrubs outgrow their spot. Maintenance is what keeps a good install looking like a good install in year three instead of something that used to be one.

Ongoing care

What we maintain

Bed care

Weeding, cultivating and keeping the planting healthy through the season.

Edging

The crisp line between bed and lawn that does most of the visual work.

Pruning and trimming

Shrubs and ornamentals kept in shape and in scale with the house.

Mulch

Refreshed for appearance, moisture retention and weed suppression.

Seasonal clean-ups

Spring open-up and fall cut-back, so the property starts and ends the year right.

Hardscape care

Patios and walkways kept clean, with full restoration when they need more than that.

Did someone else build it?

That is fine — we maintain properties we did not install. If parts of it were done badly we will tell you what is worth fixing and what is worth leaving alone, rather than quoting you for the whole thing.

Questions

Maintenance questions

Will you maintain a landscape you did not install?

Yes. We take on properties built by other contractors regularly.

How often should mulch be refreshed?

Most beds want it once a year. It fades and thins faster than people expect, and it is doing more than looking good — it holds moisture and keeps weeds down.

When are seasonal clean-ups done?

Spring, to open beds up and clear winter damage. Fall, to cut back and prepare for winter.

Why does edging matter so much?

It is the single cheapest thing that makes a property look cared for. A clean edge reads as maintained even when everything else is mid-season.

Can you restore the patio as well as the beds?

Yes. Paver cleaning, re-sanding and sealing is something we do, so hardscape does not have to be a separate contractor.

What areas do you serve?

Reading, West Chester and the surrounding Southeastern PA area, including Berks, Chester, Lancaster and Montgomery counties.
