We had Joel ,with Golden Vision Properties , install landscape lighting for our porch steps. We went years without having lights to navigate our way in the dark. Joel is the best, his prices are very reasonable, work is phenomenal, and attention to detail is outstanding. He repaired our walkway, fixed our flower beds, trimmed bushes, removed brush, and even brought treats to our dogs. He even redid the walkway because he said he didn't like the way it turned out, I didn't even noticed, love the honesty. I can't wait to have him back The power washing was so good, people commented that I had new ones put in. You won't be disappointed!!

Joel did a great job saving our paver patio from the weeds. He fixed low spots, blasted out the old sand, and applied new sand. We are very happy with the result. Joel was a true professional - work done on schedule and as estimated. He even pointed out some things that were not done correctly the first time and fixed them. I’d highly recommend Joel for your landscaping needs.
